Export
Open Rocket Migrator Create a backup, set search & replace and exclusions, then launch.

Move
Download the .rocket file, or leave it under Backups on the server.

Restore
On the destination site drop the file into Import & Restore and follow the progress dialog.

In WordPress go to Plugins Add New Upload Plugin, choose the zip and activate it. Rocket Migrator appears in the admin menu, and from then on it updates like any other plugin.
